Frequently asked questions.
Answers about purity, COAs, shipping, storage and compliance for new and experienced researchers.
What does "research use only" mean?
Every AGONIZE product is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics or food, and are not for human or animal consumption.
How do you verify purity?
Each lot is screened with RP-HPLC and mass spectrometry plus a six-point panel covering purity, identity, content, heavy metals, sterility and endotoxins. The Certificate of Analysis for your exact lot is linked to the product and travels in the box.
Is a Certificate of Analysis included?
Yes. Every order ships with a COA matched to your specific lot number, and a QR code links back to the full analytical record.
How fast is shipping?
Most domestic orders are fulfilled within 48 hours with 2-day shipping, live tracking, and reshipment cover. Cold-stable packing is used where required.
Who can order?
You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher or institution. You accept sole responsibility for safe, lawful handling in your jurisdiction.
How should I store peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C, away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within 7 days, or refreeze in small aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
What solvents are compatible?
Solubility depends on the compound. Our COA documentation includes recommended reconstitution buffers. We also carry bacteriostatic water, acetic acid, and DMSO as reconstitution solvents.
Can I get a bulk or institutional quote?
Yes. Use the contact form and select "Bulk / institutional inquiry". Our team will respond within one business day with volume pricing and documentation packages.
